Clause 1 — Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the super22 website accessible via super22.one together with all pages, services and features contained within it. "Player" or "User" is any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the platform. "Operator" refers to the super22 management operating under an international licence.

"Account" is the personal profile registered by a player using valid information. "Withdrawable Balance" is the amount in an account that has met the wagering requirements and is eligible for withdrawal. "Wagering Requirement" is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Clause 2 — Player Eligibility

Use of the super22 platform is restricted to players who meet all of the following conditions:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Registering in their own name and not representing any third party.
• Not previously banned or prohibited from using this platform.
• Not on an active self-exclusion list.
• Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial purposes or data mining.

super22 reserves the right to request proof of identity (including a copy of an identity card or MyKad) at any time to verify player eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended without prior notice until the verification process is complete.

Clause 3 — Account Registration

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without a refund of any balance.

During registration, players are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including full name, active mobile number, valid email and bank account or e-wallet number for withdrawal purposes. Any false or misleading information gives super22 the right to terminate the account without notice.

Clause 4 — Deposits and Withdrawals

super22 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for all methods is RM50. The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM100.

Approved withdrawals are usually processed within 5–30 minutes. Longer processing times may occur in certain situations such as incomplete identity verification or scheduled system maintenance. Players must ensure that the recipient account details are correct — super22 is not responsible for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the player.

Successful deposits cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to the gaming account. If there is an issue with a transaction, the player must contact super22 customer service within 24 hours of the time the transaction was made.

Clause 5 — Bonuses and Promotions

super22 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. The 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit of up to RM888 is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn.

As an illustration: a player who deposits RM100 will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. For a deposit of RM1,600, the maximum bonus of RM888 will be credited, bringing the balance to RM2,488, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

Additional conditions relating to bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games may not count or may only partially count towards meeting the wagering requirement — refer to the relevant bonus terms for further details.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player, based on the first deposit.
• super22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

Clause 6 — Game Rules

Bets that have been placed cannot be changed or cancelled after a game has started. Outcomes issued by the game system or the provider are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. super22 reserves the right to void or correct any bet or game result affected by a technical error.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed apply, even if they change afterwards. Invalid bets due to reasons beyond super22's control, such as match cancellations or force majeure events, will be returned to the player.

Clause 7 — Anti-Money Laundering

super22 is committed to complying with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable under the platform's international licence. Players are not permitted to use this platform as a means to transfer, conceal or convert proceeds from illegal activities.

super22 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals and report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the player involved. Players are required to cooperate fully with any verification process carried out by super22 or the regulatory authorities.

Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the super22 risk management team. This is a standard protection measure that safeguards both players and the platform from fraudulent activity.

Clause 8 — Account Closure and Suspension

super22 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the player has:

• Registered more than one account.
• Engaged in fraud, collusion or system abuse.
• Is underage or has violated any applicable laws.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any bonus balance or winnings obtained through means that breach these terms may be voided in full.

Clause 9 — Limitation of Liability

super22 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond its control.

This platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will operate without interruption at all times. super22 works to ensure platform availability at all times but cannot guarantee the absence of downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, system updates or unforeseen technical issues.

Players are fully responsible for their own betting decisions. super22 does not provide any financial advice or recommendations relating to gameplay. Gambling involves the risk of losing money wagered and players must make decisions based on their own judgement.

Clause 10 — Amendments to Terms and Conditions

super22 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Players who continue to use the platform after the amendment date are considered to have accepted and agreed to the updated terms.
